Registration Fees:

Early (through March 15, 2025): Member $550Non-Member $650
Regular (through April 18, 2025): Member $650 Non-Member $750

Registration includes the following: Welcome package, Tuesday Plenary sessions, Breakfast Tuesday through Friday, Tuesday lunch, Tuesday Group Event (dinner and ball game), Wednesday Evening Exhibitors’ Reception, Thursday evening cocktail hour and dinner, Friday poster and breakout session.
For those attending only workshops, no registration fee is required.

  • If you are a member in good standing with another forensic organization, please provide your member information here.
  • By attending this meeting, I agree to follow any and all safety measures set by state and local governments, venue management, and/or The Southern Association of Forensic Scientists (SAFS) to protect against the spread of COVID-19. This may include, but is not limited to, masks and physical distancing. Vaccination against the COVID-19 virus is encouraged but will not be required for attendance. I also acknowledge that attendance at this meeting is at my own risk and neither SAFS nor Hilton can be held responsible for any illness or injury which occurs as a result of attendance at this meeting.
  • I hereby give SAFS consent to record, videotape, and photograph my image during all meeting activities. I understand that no special compensation will be provided to me for use of my image and that I may not be informed in advance of the specific use of my image.
  • By registering for this meeting, you acknowledge and agree that your registration information, including your name, employer, discipline, and email address, and any dietary restrictions provided, may be shared with select vendors and event partners to facilitate event logistics, provide relevant information about the meeting, and enhance your attendee experience.

  • Note: Note: Students must be currently registered in a curriculum leading to a career in Forensic Science to qualify. This fee ONLY covers the Tuesday breakfast and plenary session(s). This fee does not include the banquet.

  • Refund Policy

    Before March 22, 2025 – 100% Before April 6, 2025 – 50% On or after April 6, 2025 – No refunds Full refunds or transfers to a future event will be issued if the meeting is cancelled by SAFS

  • Workshops

    Workshop fee includes AM and/or PM snacks and a boxed lunch on day(s) of workshop attendance. Workshop attendees will receive lunch ticket(s) in their welcome packet as appropriate. Workshop space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. The SAFS Meeting Committee reserves the right to cancel any workshops if timely registrations are not received for the minimum number of participants. Registration numbers will be evaluated at the end of March. Notification and full refund of the workshop fee will be made for those workshops cancelled by the Meeting Planning Committee.
